These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of pitchcharge.com and your purchases from PITCHCHARGE ("we", "us"). By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Products

PitchCharge Hydration Powder is a dietary supplement. Product information, Supplement Facts and directions are provided on the label and product page. Read the label before use and do not exceed the recommended serving. Not intended for use by persons with a medical condition; consult your physician before use if you are pregnant, nursing or taking any medication.

*These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Content on this site is for informational purposes only and is not medical advice.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order.

3. Orders and pricing

All prices are in U.S. dollars. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable, if there's an error in pricing or product information, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order after you've been charged, we'll refund you in full. Bundle discounts are applied automatically in your cart and can't be combined with other discounts unless stated.

4. Payment

Payments are processed securely by Shopify and our payment providers. You confirm that you're authorized to use the payment method you provide.

5. Shipping, refunds and returns

Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy and refunds by our Refund Policy, which are part of these Terms.

6. Use of the site

You agree not to misuse the site, including attempting to interfere with its operation, accessing it by automated means for unlawful purposes, or using it to violate any law. All content on this site, including the PitchCharge name and logo, belongs to PITCHCHARGE and may not be used without permission.

7. Reviews and submissions

If you submit a review, comment or other content, you grant us permission to display and use it in connection with our business. Content must be honest, lawful and your own.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Our site and products are provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, PITCHCHARGE is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
