30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We want you to love PitchCharge. If you're not satisfied with your first order, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll refund the product price. You don't need to send the product back.

• The guarantee applies to your first order of PitchCharge, one guarantee per customer and household.
• Shipping charges are not refundable.
• To start a refund, email us with your order number and a short note on why it wasn't right for you.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping, at no cost to you.

Lost packages

If your tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, or your package is marked delivered but you didn't receive it, contact us and we'll help locate it or make it right.

Cancellations

Orders are sent to our fulfillment center quickly. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel. Once an order has been accepted for fulfillment it can no longer be changed or canceled, but you're still covered by our 30-day guarantee.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take a few more days to appear on your statement.
